Welinsky, MAI.  Don has over forty years of high level experience as an expert in residential, commercial, industrial, government agency, transportation and special purpose appraisals. Don is highly regarded as one of the leading MAI’s in the State of Massachusetts and brings a great depth of knowledge and experience to every assignment.

Don has worked on major commercial projects such as The Central Artery/Tunnel in Boston (The Big Dig), and several projects with the  MBTA and MassDOT, as well as multiple TIP projects for cities and towns across Massachusetts.
